DURABILITY Our tags undergo durability testing, although they are not indestructible. It's important to note that they are not intended for chewing or extreme roughhousing. Each tag comes equipped with metal rings for attachment to your pet's collar, and it's advised to ensure the tag is not dangling too low to prevent any potential chewing.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Rest assured, all our tags are 100% waterproof. To keep them looking their best, simply clean with soap and water.

Processing time is 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, orders typically take 4-6 days to arrive but due to circumstances packages have been taking longer. I do not have any control over orders once they are sent out.

Over the collar bandanas are designed to be worn with a collar and cannot be tied around your dog's neck. Can be easily attached by sliding your dog's collar through the open slots and clipping it around their neck. Sizes are very flexible because the bandana itself does not go all the way around the dog's neck.
To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend consulting our sizing guide. When in doubt, size up! If you're still unsure about your dog's size, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
The bandanas are handmade so there will be a slight variation from bandana to bandana even in the same size.
We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle or hand washing in cold water and air drying.
